Cancellation Policy

I will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. DAY OF SERVICE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be required to reschedule your appointment. IF YOU ARE A PARENT BOOKING FOR YOUR CHILD- you must remain at the appt during the service. If you do not, you forfeit the appt and STILL HAVE TO PAY IN FULL FOR THE SERVICE. This is not negotiable. Thank you.
